I filmed and edited this highlight video showcasing the state-of-the-art School of Justice, Public Safety and Law Studies at Miami Dade College North Campus—a premier facility designed to host large-scale events while training the next generation of public safety professionals.
From the grand opening celebration of the stunning $57 million, 120,000-square-foot building in May 2024 (featuring a mock courtroom, rappelling tower, simulation rooms, and advanced training labs), to inspiring graduations, powerful speeches by motivational leaders, bustling career fairs and school conventions connecting students with top agencies, the historic swearing-in ceremony of Miami-Dade County Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz in January 2025, and intensive hands-on police, corrections, and firefighter training sessions—this versatile space has become a hub for excellence in public safety education and community milestones.

MDC North Campus Presents: Finn Con 2025 | Anime & Gaming Expo

I filmed and edited this exciting video highlighting Finn-Con@MDC 2025, Miami Dade College North Campus's annual anime, gaming, and pop culture expo!
Dive into the vibrant world of Finn-Con, where hundreds of students and fans come together in incredible cosplay as iconic characters from anime, video games, TV shows, and more. This free event packed Buildings 2 & 5 with non-stop fun: intense gaming tournaments, challenging trivia battles, immersive maid café experiences, thrilling escape rooms, an epic costume contest with jaw-dropping entries, and even a live orchestral concert performing beloved scores from games and anime.
From casual gamers to hardcore otaku, Finn-Con@MDC celebrates creativity, community, and all things geek culture in the heart of Miami. A huge thank you to the MDC North Campus Genshiken Club, organizers, volunteers, cosplayers, performers, and everyone who made this year's expo unforgettable!

Miami Dade College Commencement 2025

MDC North Campus: Youth Workforce Development Foundation

I filmed and edited this video to highlight Miami Dade College North Campus' Youth Workforce Development Foundation program, specifically designed for high school students interested in high-demand careers as equipment technicians and operators.
This inspiring initiative gives local high schoolers hands-on training in heavy equipment operation, maintenance, safety protocols, and industry-recognized certifications. Through real-world experience on actual machinery, expert instruction, and strong employer partnerships, the program prepares young participants for rewarding, well-paying jobs in construction, logistics, and infrastructure—often right after graduation.

MDC North Campus Aerial Lineman MasTec Completion Ceremony

I filmed and edited this video highlighting the inspiring completion ceremony for Miami Dade College's Aerial Lineman Training Program, in partnership with MasTec.
Join us in celebrating the hard work and dedication of these students as they graduate from this hands-on program at the North Campus Broadband Utilities Lab. Through rigorous training in aerial construction, safety protocols, fiber optics, and telecommunications infrastructure, these new aerial linemen are now equipped with industry-recognized skills and ready to launch rewarding careers—many with direct opportunities at MasTec.
